What’s hotter than a guy who loves animals?
Lee Asher regularly volunteers at animal shelters and became a foster parent for stray pets.
He’s rescued nine animals who live all with him.
Asher has gone viral not just because of his caring attitude towards his furry friends, but for being damn cute too!
Lee may come across as your typical Los Angeles guy but he has a big heart.
Ever since he was young, he knew that he was going to one day his house will be filled with rescue animals.
When he was a child, you could always catch him at the animal shelters learning as much as he could on the rescuing process.
After Asher got into college, he began to foster dogs from shelters until they found a permanent home.
He’s rescued 16 animals in total. Today, seven of those dogs and two of those cats belong to him.
So where does this love of animals come from?
“The inspiration just comes from loving dogs and knowing that you are not only saving a life, but allowing the space for other rescues to possibly get adopted too,” Lee says.
Asher treats his crew like best friends rather than pets. He says he has a different relationship with each one, and values them all for what they bring to his life.
Lee’s dogs are Yaffa, Molly, Cali, Bo Bo, Butters, Haven and Lillie, and his cats are Whiskey and Goose.
Lee says he is just super grateful to have a home that’s filled with animals who were previously neglected.
“It’s constant entertainment and I’m very grateful to have a home filled with so much love and dog fur,” Asher said.
